LAVE is a product owned by Nulave LTD (CS052070221) a company incorporated under Ghanaian law (LAVE, “we” or “us”),
operating the Website/App.

Policy and any Additional Policies. We may assign or
change any part or parts of our rights under these Terms of Use without your consent or prior notification.
The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy constitute a legally-binding agreement between us and you.To ensure that you are

Function and Purpose
You acknowledge that the Website/App functions as an online platform for sellers to connect with buyers for the
purposes of transacting products/services.
User Representation
By using or participating in the Website/App, you represent, warrant and undertake that:
1. you are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
2. you are or intend to be either a seller or service User;
3. you have the authority to enter into and accept these Terms of Use;
4. all registration or other information that you are required to submit in order to gain full use of the
Website/App for your intended purpose as a seller or Service User is true and accurate and that you will maintain
the accuracy of such information;
5. your use of the Website/App and Services offered through this Website/App do not violate any applicable law or
regulation which you are subject to; and
6. you agree to make payment, if required, for any Services requested through the use of the Website/App (if

License to Access
LAVE hereby grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Website/App as set forth in these Terms of Use,
provided however that:
1. you will not copy, distribute, or make derivative works of the Website/App in any medium without LAVE's prior
written consent;
2. you will not alter or modify any part of the Website/App other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the
Website/App for its intended purposes; and
3. You will otherwise act in accordance with these Terms of Use and with all applicable laws.
4. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Password and shall keep your Password secure at all times. You
shall be solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account and you shall notify LAVE immediately of
any breach of security or any unauthorized use of your Account. Similarly, you shall never use another person's
Account without permission. You agree that you will not misrepresent yourself or represent yourself as another user
of the Website/App and/or the Services offered through the Website/App. You hereby acknowledge and agree that LAVE
will not be liable for your losses caused by an unauthorized use of your Account. Notwithstanding, you may be liable
for the losses of LAVE or others due to such unauthorized use.
5. You shall not in any manual or automated manner collect sellers or Service Users information, including but not
limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses, copying copyrighted text, or otherwise misuse or
misappropriate Website/App information or content, including but not limited to, use on a "mirrored", competitive,
or third party site;
6. You shall not recruit, solicit, or contact via any medium, any sellers or Service Users for employment or
contracting for a business not affiliated with LAVE without prior, written authorization from LAVE;
7. When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you
provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may
result in the immediate termination of your account on Service
Privacy policy
LAVE has established a Privacy Policy that explains to users how their information is collected and used. The
Privacy Policy is referenced and hereby incorporated into the Terms of Use set forth herein. Your use of this
Product is governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is located at LAVE's privacy policy.
Your content
The service lets you upload your product, services, images, text, videos, weblinks, contacts and other content. By
posting
Content on or through Service, User represents and warrants that Content is their Intellectual Property and/or they
have the right or licence to use it Any content that you make available on the service will belong to you or your
licensors.
You are responsible for the content that you post on our service or website, including its legality, reliability,
and appropriateness. We will not claim any ownership in your content–it is completely, 100%, yours.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, display, adapt,
perform, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute your content in any media formats and through any media
channels. You understand that we will not pay you for any use of your content. You also agree that we can utilize
your content in marketing and promotions about the Service.
You agree that we may remove or disable access to our website or any of your content. This might be because we
receive a copyright takedown notice or other complaints about your content, or we are of the view that your content
breaches our Privacy Policy or is otherwise unsuitable for hosting by us.
We are committed to helping you get your business online. Please avoid content that are illegal, pornographic,
grotesque, obscene, shockingly graphic, offensive, defamatory, impersonation, name-calling, or otherwise
inappropriate.
LAVE has a final say over whether the content is appropriate. Content violating this guideline will be
removed.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your content. We exclude liability for any lost content.
You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your LAVE account including your relationship with
your own customers and compliance with applicable laws.
You acknowledge and agree that all Content you provide on our Service (exluding personal money wallets,
account details, contacts & recorded transactions) will be publicly available information and you bear the risks
involved with such public
disclosures.
If you notice a LAVE user posting inappropriate content, flag the page or report it by contacting us.
Fees
1. LAVE reserves the right at its sole discretion to charge fees to Service Users and / or sellers for the LAVE
Service and the use of the Website/App. LAVE reserves the right to charge fees for such facilities at its sole
discretion and by using the Website/App, you agree to pay any such fees as LAVE may notify to you and prescribe from
time to time.
2. You will be charged depending on your specific plan, on each renewal until you cancel in your account settings or
by submitting us a support request. Note that If you cancel, previous charges will not be refunded, but you would
continue to use the service until the end of the term in which you already paid for
3. Users may choose to pay by cash or online and where available.
4. LAVE retains the right to suspend the processing of any transaction where it reasonably believes that the
transaction may be fraudulent, illegal or involves any criminal activity or where it reasonably believes the Users
and sellers to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions between the sellers and Users and LAVE. In such an event,
you shall not hold LAVE liable for any withholding of, delay in, suspension of or cancellation of, any payment to
you.
5. You agree that you will cooperate in relation to any criminal investigation that is required and to assist LAVE
in complying with any internal investigations, instructions from the authorities or requirements of prevailing laws
or regulations in place.
6. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are inclusive of transactional taxes (ie GST/VAT). You are responsible for
paying all other (if any) external fees and taxes, including withholding taxes if they apply
Online payments
The personal data your provide (name, address, telephone, e-mail, credit card number) are confidential information
not to be disclosed. Your credit card details are transferred only in the encrypted form and are not stored in our
web-server.
We recommend that you should check in the dedicated web-page, if your web-browser is safe enough for online
payments.
Safety of online payment processing is guaranteed by Flutterwave.com, Hubtel . All payment card
transactions are carried out in compliance with requirements of VISA International, Mobile money, Bank accounts and
other payment systems. For information transfer, special technologies designed to ensure safety of online card
payments are used, with the data processed by the secure hi-tech server of the processing company

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will us be liable to you on any legal theory for any
incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including
without limitation, loss of revenue or income, lost profits, pain, and suffering, emotional distress, cost of
substitute goods or services, or similar damages suffered or incurred by you or any third party that arises in
connection with the services (or the termination thereof for any reason), even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We are not responsible or liable
whatsoever in any manner for any content posted on or available through the services (including claims of
infringement relating to that content), for your use of the services, or for the conduct of third parties on or
through the services.Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any
cause beyond our reasonable control
Termination
You can choose to cancel your LAVE account at any time. Once your LAVE account has been canceled, we would cancel
all your LAVE services. However, we have no responsibility for either the permanent removal of your content nor for
providing you with access to your content once your LAVE account has been canceled.
You should take steps to backup your content before cancellation. If you are a paid user of LAVE services and you
cancel our services, previous charges will not be refunded.
Links to third party sites
Some of our services may be assisted by the link or service of a third-party service provider that may not be
controlled by LAVE.
LAVE has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any
third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible directly or
indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any
such content, goods or services available on or through any third-party websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or
services that you visit.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Ghana and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts
of Ghana in the event of any claims or disputes.
