Yes. You can manage multiple stores from one Lave account. Choose New Website from your dashboard to add another.

Yes. Customers can select products and provide their order details through your store, then send the completed order summary to your WhatsApp.
Yes. You can connect your own domain or use a Lave subdomain for your online store.

You can use Lave to sell products fulfilled by a third-party supplier. You remain responsible for your suppliers, product availability, delivery, refunds, and customer service.

No. Lave is not a marketplace. You get your own branded store and tools to attract and serve your own customers.

Available methods can include mobile money, cards, bank transfers, payment links, and cash on delivery. The options available to you depend on your country and payment provider.

Visitors need a PIN to enter your website until you renew. Your saved theme and domain settings are kept.

Store currency is used for product prices and customer orders. Billing currency is used for your Lave subscription and does not change customer payment options. If you chose the wrong currency, you can create a new store with the correct choices.

Yes. Ask a question in your own words to get guidance and links to the relevant steps. The dashboard assistant can also check store information you have permission to view. The public chat cannot access your private store data.
